Since inception, Avibha's core business focus has been providing quality based tooling, panel checkers, jigs, fixtures, sheet metal components, welded sub assemblies and machined components to its customers.
Our USP is our ability to make any multi axis component, since we are equipped with latest CAD, CAM, CAE facilities with latest softwares which support 3 to 5 axis simultaneous CAD and CAM programming respectively. Our designing strength lies in having ALTAIR HYPERFORM & LS DYNA for metal forming analysis, and CMM with 3D checking software MCOSMOS 3D-TOL.
We have delivered various projects in developing heavy tools & dies for Escorts' and JCB earth movers, various automobiles ancillaries of Maruti - Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Mahindra, Renault (Germany) etc. Also our precision expertise is capable to make and undertake machined components for Hydro-Turbines, Railways and Aeronautical industries. Avibha's has recently diversified into IT services. We aim to do customize touch screen terminals - Design, Manufacturer, installation of the interactive kiosks, to Indian Market.
